Perishable Items Policy

Due to health, safety, and sanitation regulations established by the State of California, all food items sold by our business are considered perishable.

Our products are prepared in a home-based kitchen / California Cottage Food Operation and handled in compliance with applicable food safety laws. Once perishable items leave our possession, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.

No Returns or Exchanges

For food safety reasons, all perishable items are final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Quality or Safety Concerns

If you believe an item was defective, spoiled, or unsafe at the time of purchase or delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos, if available

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund (at our discretion)

Online Orders & Shipping

Perishable items shipped to customers are carefully packaged for freshness. However, we are not responsible for spoilage caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Weather or conditions beyond our control

Shipped perishable items are not eligible for return.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Timely pickup or receipt of orders

  • Proper storage and handling after purchase

Refunds or replacements

will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste or personal preference

  • Failure to follow storage or handling instructions

  • Items consumed beyond a reasonable portion

  • Delays caused by customer-provided incorrect information
